INTERNANTIONAL CONFERENCE 2024 (2024-03-12) Report

We are thrilled to announce that on 12th March 2024, 'COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, KANPUR' hosted an "INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE-2K24"on the theme 'Embracing change and Transformation in Industrial Ecosystem.' The agenda of the conference Embracing Change and Transformation in the Industrial Ecosystem which refers to adapting and welcoming new technologies, processes and strategies to stay competitive and relevant in the evolving business landscape. The event was inaugurated by honourable Prof.(Dr.) Shamsher (Vice chancellor HBTU), Prof.J.P.Pandey (Vice Chancellor AKTU),International keynote speaker Prof.(Dr) Yogendra Kumar Mishra Prof. (Mads Clausen Institude, Denmark)National keynote speaker Mr. Pravin Kumar Dwivedi (President AWOKE India), Ms. Akansha Swarup (Joint Secretary Dr. Virendra Swarup Memorial Trust), Dr.Gauri Singh Gaur( Director CMS) and all the faculty members followed by Lamp lighting which gave the event a luminous start. Dr. Gauri Singh Gaur (Director, CMS) proceeded the conference by addressing on the insights of the International Conference and theme which involves a protective approach to innovation, flexibility and continuous improvement within industrial sectors to meet the demands of a dynamic and rapidly changing market. Proceeding with the event, The event was graced by the edifying knowledge and words of the eminent personality Prof.(Dr) Shamsher and Prof. J.P Pandey who joined us through online mode. Moving to our Technical session 1, Attendees were addressed by the protuberant international and national speakers who enlighten the gathering which their expertise on numerous topics. After that we had an Souvenir Launch where the hardworking of scholars, researchers, academicians and students are exhibited. Prof.(Dr) Shamsher, Vice chancellor HBTU released the ribbon and launched the souvenir. After a short break we moved towards our Technical Session 2 where adding more splendour to the conference, The presenters presented their insights of the research on the theme. Conference was concluded by giving the mementos and gifts to the chief guests and certificates to the presenters who came from different regions of the city.
